TSP Live 2024 will take place at the amazing The Hotel at Avalon - 9000 Avalon Boulevard, Alpharetta, Georgia, 30009.

FAQ

What dates can I book a room for?

Reservations are only available for check-in Tuesday 6/25/2024 to check-out Sunday 6/30/2024 OR check-in Wednesday 6/26/2024 to check-out Sunday 6/30/2024.

Can I get a refund if I cancel later?

Your payment includes a $300 non-refundable deposit. The last day to cancel and receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit is April 26th, 2024. There are no refunds after April 26th, 2024.

Can I transfer my room reservation to another person?

Yes. The last day to make a name change, transfer your room or add a name to your reservations is June 13th, 2024. After this date, no additional modifications or transfers can be made and all reservations are final. Reservation transfers are only allowed AFTER the room is paid in full. This hotel reservation can not be transferred for another time frame or hotel stay.

What will I need to checkin to the hotel?

A credit/debit card and valid photo identification are required at check-in. Photo identification must match the name that is on the reservation to be able to check-in. You will not be able to check in without a credit/debit card for incidentals.

Can I reserve more than one room?

Only one room reservation per person.

Since I’m booking directly through TSP Events and not the hotel will I receive my points?

This hotel reservation can not be booked using points however it is eligible to gain Hotel Reward points. Inquire during checking for next steps.

Are there other hotels available?

Yes, there are other hotels in the area if rooms are no longer available at the host hotel. Attendees will receive a list of local hotels via email when we sell out.
