TSP Live 2023 will take place at the amazing The Hotel at Avalon - 9000 Avalon Boulevard, Alpharetta, Georgia, 30009.

FAQ
What dates can I book a room for?
Reservations are only available for check-in Tuesday 6/20/2023 to check-out Sunday 6/25/2023 OR check-in Wednesday 6/21/2023 to check-out Sunday 6/25/2023.
Can I get a refund if I cancel later?
Your payment includes a non-refundable deposit equal to one third of the full price. The last day to cancel and receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit is May 15, 2023. There are no refunds after May 15, 2023.
Can I transfer my room reservation to another person?
Yes before the deadline. The last day to make a name change or transfer modification on all reservations is May 31, 2023. After this date no additional modifications or transfers can be made, all reservations are final. Reservation transfers are only allowed AFTER the room is paid in full. This hotel reservation can not be transferred for another time frame or hotel stay.
What will I need to checkin to the hotel?
A credit card and valid photo identification are required at check-in for any incidentals. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation to be able to check-in.
Can I reserve more than one room?
Only one room reservation per person.
Since I’m booking directly through TSP Events and not the hotel will I receive my points?
This hotel reservation is not eligible to redeem or gain any Hotel Reward points.
Are there other hotels available?
Yes, there are other hotels in the area if rooms are no longer available at the host hotel. Attendees will receive a list of local hotels via email when we sell out.
